All plating team members are required to wear full protective gear, including body suits, head and face coverings, and must use sanitized tools for plating and measuring

All meals have a "Consume By Date" and nutritional facts are clearly labeled on the meals and on the website
Temperature-controlled to your door
Deliveries are done in refrigerated vans and trucks to ensure meals always stay within the right temperature range
