Company Timeline
From humble beginnings to one of the fastest growing companies in America, Ideal Nutrition has beaten the odds to become a meal prep leader in the state of Florida.
Founding Vision
The CEO started this company in 2016 with the goal of spreading the satisfaction he got from his prepared meals using whole, real ingredients. He felt good, and wanted everybody to feel good.
Our mission is to create affordable, delicious, and healthy meals through teamwork, innovation, and a positive work environment, while maintaining an unwavering commitment to delivering a consistently high-quality product.
Our goal is to help everyone in our community lead happier, healthier, more active and rewarding lifestyles.
Where We Are Today
Now operating out of two high-capacity kitchens (Haverhill kitchen pictured right) and a centralized distribution center, Ideal Nutrition delivers thousands of meals each week across Florida. Our operations are powered by a growing fleet and an ever-expanding team committed to quality and customer experience.
Our delivery area has grown from the local South Florida market to Orlando in the North, Naples in the West and Homestead in the South - all without compromising our core values of providing fresh, healthy and convenient meals.
As we continue our journey, we are focused on responsible growth, with additional expansion plans to serve all Florida residents in the future.
2016
It all began in a 900 square foot commercial kitchen with a fleet of four vehicles.
2017-2018
Ideal Nutrition continued to grow behind its strong value proposition - great quality products (pictured right) at an affordable price - via online purchases and home/office deliveries.
2019
Ideal Nutrition opened its first walk-in location in West Palm Beach (pictured left) in February, giving customers the ability to conveniently pick up meals in-store. A modest upstairs office space was soon added above the storefront—our first step toward a formal headquarters.
2020
In March of 2020, Ideal Nutrition opened its' first franchise retail location.
2021
Relocating to a 10,000 sq ft kitchen and adding 11 fleet vehicles allowed Ideal Nutrition to scale production and operations.
That year also brought the launch of our corporate headquarters (pictured left), new storefronts in Boca Raton and Palm Beach Gardens, and a yearly partnership with the Cognizant Classic (formerly the Honda Classic), hosted just minutes away from our PGA location.
2022
Ideal Nutrition opened its flagship 43,000 sq ft kitchen (pictured right) off of Haverhill Road, which serves as the central hub for production and logistics.
Later that year, the company became an official partner of the Miami Heat - a relationship that continues to this day - with whom it focuses on community-focused health and wellness initiatives.
2023
Adding to the growing list of storefronts, Miami became part of the retail footprint in March (pictured left), followed shortly after by Wellington in April and Stuart in December.
The company also began delivering to Miami-Dade County, servicing even more South Florida customers.
2024
Ideal Nutrition became the official meal prep company of the Florida Panthers, a partnership that supports the Stache Dash and community wellness initiatives on a yearly basis.
By winter, the company moved into a larger premium office space (building pictured right) and expanded delivery South all the way to Homestead.
It also rolled out four marketing specific vehicles, ensuring the team is present across the various communities.
2025
The year started off by launching updated sustainable packaging, which will eliminate over 10 tons of plastic waste in 2025 alone.
Ideal Nutrition also strengthened its partnership with the Miami Marlins by becoming its choice for healthy, prepared meals.
Lastly, the company was recognized by INC 5000 as one of the fastest growing private companies in America, ranking 1757 out of 5000 companies - a great achievement for a first timer on the list. Even more impressive were its local rankings (#176 in Florida, #81 in South Florida) and its national ranking (#31) in consumer services.
Beyond 2025
2025 has also been a year of expansion, growing the delivery fleet to over 28 branded vehicles.
Storefronts were opened in Gainesville and Fort Lauderdale, bringing the total to 8 storefronts, with at least 6 more to come in the near future (pictured right).
Delivery coverage was also extended North to Orlando and West to Naples, pushing the company closer to full statewide coverage.
