Can subscription plans be canceled or paused?

Yes, a subscription plan can be cancelled. You may also postpone your billing date up to 30 days. Just call 888-557-2018, email support@idealnutritionnow.com or chat with us prior to your next billing. For a more detailed cancelation policy please click here.

Are meals fresh or frozen?

At Ideal Nutrition, we are committed to delivering meals that are always fresh. Each order is carefully packed in insulated bags with frozen gel packs to maintain proper refrigerated temperatures throughout transit.


Upon delivery, we recommend placing your meals in the refrigerator as soon as possible. Each meal is clearly labeled with a "consume by" date for your convenience.


If you do not plan to enjoy your meals by the printed date, they can be safely frozen. When heating from frozen, we suggest adding a few extra minutes to the standard heating time, as times may vary depending on your microwave.

What type of meals do you offer?

Our menu rotates weekly and features a diverse selection of meals tailored to various dietary preferences and nutritional goals. Options include Traditional, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, and more.

Each meal includes a detailed ingredient list and full nutritional information to help you make informed choices based on your dietary needs. To view this information, simply click on the meal image and then select “Nutritional Information.”

How many people does each meal feed?

Each meal is individually portioned to serve one adult. Nutritional values and ingredients may vary from meal to meal, so we encourage you to review this information carefully before placing your weekly order.

Does the meal menu change?

How do I edit my subscription meal selection?

To customize your weekly meals, simply navigate to your Dashboard, select the "My Subscription" tab, and click “View.”
If no changes are made, your meals will be selected automatically based on your previous order preferences.

If I become a subscriber, when will I get billed each week?

Subscriptions are billed each week on the same day. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 1-888-557-2018, email at support@idealnutritionnow.com or simply by chatting with us.

How many times a week are meals delivered?

Do you have pick up locations?

How are the meals delivered?

All meal orders are carefully packed in insulated bags with specialized ice packs, designed to keep your meals at safe temperatures for up to four hours after delivery.

Orders are transported in refrigerated vans by an Ideal Nutrition driver, and a text message will be sent to notify you once your delivery has been completed.

What if I have an allergy?

At Ideal Nutrition, food safety is a top priority. Every meal includes an allergen declaration to help customers make informed choices. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we strongly advise individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions to carefully review the ingredient list and allergen information on both the product packaging and our website prior to consumption.

Please be aware that all meals are prepared in a facility that also processes common allergens, including wheat, milk, soy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish.

How do I skip a delivery?

Just contact our customer service department. Our amazing customer service reps are available to help you everyday. Simply email us at support@idealnutritionnow.com, call us at 1-888-557-2018 or chat with us.

Enjoy free delivery when you subscribe to any Ideal Nutrition meal plan—fresh, healthy meals delivered to your door with no extra fees.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us by emailing support@idealnutritionnow.com or calling 1-888-557-2018 for prompt assistance.


Please note that subscription customers are required to complete the remainder of their current billing cycle before cancellation can take effect.

How do I return my delivery bag?

Customers are asked to leave their insulated bags and ice packs out for collection on their next scheduled delivery date. To ensure proper rotation, customers should never retain more than two bags at any given time during their subscription. Alternatively, bags may be returned to any Ideal Nutrition retail location.

What is the deadline to order each week?

The weekly deadline to select your meals is Friday at 11:00 PM (ET). If no selection is made by this time, Ideal Nutrition will automatically curate your order based on your previous selections and stated preferences to ensure timely fulfillment of your subscription.

Food Safety

Can you accommodate customers with severe life-threatening food allergies?

Ideal Nutrition cannot accommodate customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies. By signing up for Ideal Nutrition, you agree to our terms and conditions and understand that Ideal Nutrition is not responsible for any food related allergic reactions that may occur whether it be mild or severe. We prepare our food in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and other common food allergens. We cannot guarantee a cross contamination. We urge you to use caution when choosing ideal nutrition. If you have a moderate to severe food allergy, we cannot serve you. Please contact customer service at 1-888-557-2018  or at support@idealnutritionnow.com if you have any questions regarding this warning.

How are the meals plated at Ideal Nutrition?

At Ideal Nutrition, food safety and quality are upheld at every stage of our process. Immediately after cooking, all ingredients are rapidly cooled to safe plating temperatures within our state-of-the-art refrigerated plating rooms.


Once at the appropriate temperature, meals are plated inside a USDA- and Florida DBPR-approved, temperature-controlled facility maintained at 35°F. This environment is designed to ensure strict hygiene and food safety standards. Within this facility, cleanliness and precision are paramount.


After plating, meals are transferred to our USDA- and Florida DBPR-approved outgoing facility, which is kept at 30°F. Here, each order is carefully packaged into insulated delivery bags, which are then loaded into refrigerated vehicles for final delivery.


Our facilities undergo daily sanitation and inspection procedures. All plating team members are required to wear full protective gear, including body suits, head and face coverings, and must use sanitized tools for plating and measuring to ensure the highest standards of food safety.

At what temperature should I keep my meals?

Always keep hot cooked food between 140 and 165 degrees fahrenheit. Always keep cold food bellow 40 degrees fahrenheit.

What is the best way to track my daily macro intake with Ideal Nutrition?

What type of meals do you offer?

Our delicious menu changes weekly and we offer a variety of menus for different dietary needs and preferences. The types of meals include Traditional, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, Breakfast and more!

How can I send Ideal Nutrition new meal ideas?

Do you offer low sodium meals?

We try to keep sodium as low as possible in our meals. If you are looking for the lowest possible sodium meals, simply click on the photo of each meal then click on nutritional information to determine the sodium content. Remember, you always have the full capability to update the meals coming to you every week!

How long do meals last?

Your meals will stay fresh for a full 5-6 days in the fridge until your next delivery arrives, and there is an 'Consume By' date printed on each of the meal labels.

Deliveries and Retail Locations

What is your delivery fee?

When you subscribe to any Ideal Nutrition meal plan your delivery fee is $0.

Pay as you go plans delivery fee ranges from $6.50 - $10 per delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all of south Florida and some of central Florida. We are always increasing our reach. For more information please visit Delivery Area

Which delivery carrier do you use?

All Ideal Nutrition deliveries are made by Ideal Nutrition Logistics. We train our drivers on the importance of food safety and health code to ensure your food arrives as fresh as possible. Our deliveries are also completed in refrigerated vehicles that keep the food temperature below 40 degrees.

How are my meals packaged?

All of our meals are delivered to you in completely BPA-free individual plastic containers! The containers are freezable and microwaveable.

These plastics are safe for food storage as well as heating in the microwave. They are also designated as recyclable, so go ahead and put them in the recycling bin after you've enjoyed the meals.


We ship our meals in insulated bags with gel packs that will keep the meals at refrigerated temperatures.


Keep in mind that it is normal for the gel packs to be slightly melted by the time they arrive. This is because they release cold air into the bag as they melt. The cold air does dissipate quickly when you open the bag, so you should transfer the meals to the fridge immediately.

Do I need to be home to receive my meals?

You do not need to be home to receive your meals! We ship our meals in insulated bags with gel packs that will keep the bag at refrigerated temperatures.

Keep in mind that it is normal for the gel packs to be slightly melted by the time they arrive. This is because they release cold air into the bag as they melt. The cold air does dissipate quickly when you open it, so you should transfer the meals to the fridge immediately.

An Ideal Nutrition driver will then transport orders in a refrigerated van and a text message will be sent upon delivery completion. You will receive a text message when your meals are dropped off.

How does the food stay fresh during transit?

We go above and beyond to ensure freshness. Our meals are delivered inside refrigerated vehicles, and the meals are packaged inside an insulated bag with ice packs.
