Your meals arrive in insulated bags, accompanied by gel packs to keep them cool, providing ample time for you to place them in your refrigerator. These meals stay fresh for about 5-6 days post-delivery. If you prefer, you can freeze them for later use, though they may require a slightly longer heating time when thawed.
