Weekly meal plan subscribers always get free delivery. If you're ordering individual meals, delivery in Naples ranges from $6.50 to $10, depending on the order you place.

We use BPA-free containers that are safe for both the microwave and freezer, so your food stays fresh. Our meals arrive in insulated bags with gel packs to keep them cool in transit. Feel free to put our meal preps into a fridge after the delivery and save them for later till your next dining time.

All meals arrive chilled - not frozen - in insulated bags with gel packs that keep them fresh for several hours. Once you put them in your fridge, they'll stay fresh for 5-6 days. If you want to keep them longer, you can freeze them. Just remember that frozen meals may need a little extra time to reheat.
