Can subscription plans be canceled or paused anytime?

Yes, a subscription plan can be cancelled. You may also postpone your billing date up to 30 days. Just call 888-557-2018, email or chat with us prior to your next billing. For a more detailed cancelation policy please click here.

Are meals fresh or frozen?

Ideal Nutrition meals are always fresh. We deliver the meals in insulated bags filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures through transit. Once you receive your meals, you should place them in the fridge ASAP. Once in the fridge, they are good for at least the next 5-6 days (expiration is printed on the label).

You can freeze our meals if you do not expect to eat them in the first five to six days! We recommend heating meals from frozen and adding a couple of minutes to the heating time (exact times vary as they are based on your oven/microwave).

What type of meals do you offer?

Our menu changes weekly and we offer a variety of meals for different dietary needs and taste preferences. The types of meals include Traditional, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian, Vegan, and more!

From the menu you can look at each meal’s ingredients, as well as the nutritional information, to make the most informed decisions on the meals that work best for your dietary needs. Just click on the meal’s picture then on Nutritional Information to see this.

How many people does each meal feed?

Each meal feeds one adult per meal. Our meals will vary in nutrition facts and ingredients, please make sure to check this before ordering each week. You can view a full nutrition label and list of ingredients for each meal by clicking on the image of the meal on our menu page.

Does the meal menu change?

Yes, new, and exciting meals are added each week. See the menu page here.

How do I edit my subscription meal selection?

We will send you meals based on your previous order preferences. You can edit your weekly meals by visiting your dashboard > my subscription tab > view

Is this a contract?

We don't believe in contracts.

How many times a week are meals delivered?

Do you have pick up locations?

We have retail locations that are open daily. Just walk in – grab – and go. To see the locations please click here.

Do you offer free delivery?

How are the meals delivered?
All of our meal orders are packaged into insulated bags that contain specialty ice packs which will allow the meals to withstand up to 4 hours outside.

An Ideal Nutrition driver will then transport orders in a refrigerated van and a text message will be sent upon delivery completion.
What if I have an allergy?

Food safety is something that we take seriously and we incorporate allergen declarations on each and every Ideal Nutrition meal. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, we strongly recommend that customers with food allergen sensitivities or restrictions carefully review individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients and allergen declaration before consuming. Additionally, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on our website, prior to selecting meals, to determine if they contain any ingredients you are unable to consume.

Please note, our meals are produced in a facility that also processes wheat, milk, soy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish.
