Yes, a subscription plan can be cancelled. You may also skip individual weeks or postpone your billing date up to 30 days. Just call 888-557-2018, email or chat with us prior to your next billing. Food safety is something that we take seriously and we incorporate allergen declarations on each and every Ideal Nutrition meal. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, we strongly recommend that customers with food allergen sensitivities or restrictions carefully review individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients and allergen declaration before consuming. Additionally, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on our website, prior to selecting meals, to determine if they contain any ingredients you are unable to consume. Please note, our meals are produced in a facility that also processes wheat, milk, soy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish.

All meals from Ideal Nutrition are delivered fresh, never frozen. They arrive in insulated bags with gel packs to keep them cool until you can refrigerate them. Meals stay fresh for 5-6 days, so you have flexibility throughout the week. If you want to keep them longer, you can freeze them - just add a bit more time when reheating in the microwave.

Delivery is always free for weekly meal plan subscribers in Orlando. For one-time or individual orders, delivery usually ranges from $6.50 to $10, depending on how much you order.
