All Ideal Nutrition meals arrive fresh, not frozen. They come packed in insulated bags with gel packs to keep them cold until you move them to your fridge. Meals stay fresh for 5 to 6 days, giving you flexibility throughout the week. If you need to, you can freeze them - just remember they'll take a bit longer to reheat that way.

If you subscribe to a weekly meal plan, delivery is free. For one-time or single orders, delivery usually costs between $6.50 and $10, depending on your order size.
