This Cuban classic features all natural pork shoulder infused in orange juice with garlic and spices. The pork is slow-roasted until tender then shredded into bite-size portions. Accompanying by scratch made citrus mojo, a garlicky sauce that's tangy with lime and orange fruit juice. Also accompanied by cilantro wild rice, and Cuban-style black beans.
