Our founder and CEO, Wolfgang Brunet, was warmly welcomed by Wake Up West Palm to share his journey back to Ideal Nutrition's roots and the core philosophy that drives our mission every day.
Based on his experience as a former South Florida police officer, Wolfgang pointed out how long hours and demanding shifts left officers with very little time or opportunity to eat fresh, balanced meals—a common challenge also faced by busy professionals, parents, and athletes. He shared how that gap motivated him to grow from a small kitchen into Florida's best fresh meal prep service.
Established in downtown West Palm Beach on Aug. 10, 2016, Ideal Nutrition celebrated its 10th anniversary this year. What started as one police officer cooking for his coworkers now oversees 17 retail stores and offers home delivery from Orlando to Homestead and west to Naples.
