South Florida - October 2026 - Ideal Nutrition has been named a finalist for the 2026 Moxie Award South Florida, a program that recognizes local businesses for innovation, growth, industry leadership and community service. The company began ten years ago when founder and CEO Wolfgang Brunet started preparing meals for fellow officers while working in local law enforcement. What started with just 40 to 50 meals a week out of his own kitchen has grown into a statewide retail and direct-to-consumer delivery business, built around making health-conscious, macro-friendly meals convenient and accessible for everyone from powerlifters to teachers.
At the heart of Ideal Nutrition is a commitment to making healthy eating more attainable without sacrificing quality or affordability. That commitment continues to shape the way the company evolves. In 2025, Ideal Nutrition removed food dyes from every meal on the menu, opting for cleaner ingredients and higher-quality alternatives.
Even as the company has grown, its South Florida roots remain an important part of the story. Ideal Nutrition continues to give back through weekly food donations and ongoing support of local charities and community initiatives.
