For maximum freshness and food safety, your meals arrive chilled in insulated bags, not frozen, with gel packs to keep them cool for hours. Refrigerated upon arrival, they stay fresh for 5-6 days. You may also safely freeze meals for longer storage and later enjoyment. Just allow a bit more reheating time.
