Delivery is FREE for all our meal plan subscribers. For individual meals, delivery fees range from $6.50-$10, depending on the plan.

Our meals are securely packaged in BPA-free microwaveable and freezer-safe plastic containers, specially designed to keep prepared meals fresh while reducing waste. We ship in insulated bags with gel packs to maintain refrigeration during transit. The containers are labeled as recyclable, so you can dispose of them properly after enjoying your tasty meal preps!

We freshly prepare your meals from scratch without preservatives, so they arrive chilled in insulated bags, not frozen. The gel packs inside will keep meals cool for several hours until you refrigerate them. Meals stay fresh for 5-6 days from delivery. You may also freeze meals for longer storage and later enjoyment. We recommend heating frozen meals slightly longer. Exact heating times vary.
